Positive affirmations are powerful positive statements that you repeat in your mind. Such as I am ready to face all the challenges today. Or, I am happy and motivated.
Don’t just say these words in your mind. Instead, feel the power of them and visualize them.
Grounding meditation connects your body to the earth to relieve stress. The concept of this meditation is to connect with nature or yourself. This meditation works on the realization of your present moment to feel connected.
Start by visualizing where you are, feeling each breath you take in, and understanding the emotions you have.
This meditation can work in two ways.
- Visualizing your happy place. Be it your future goals or your happy moments
- Visualizing a bright light entering your chest and radiating throughout your body.
Such visualizations make you happy, positive and fill your energy channels.
Right when you wake up, find a comfortable place to sit in. Next, move attention to your breathing pattern. Visualize inhaling positive energy and exhaling negative energy.
Finish the cycle by observing your breath.
